At MARAIS, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your selection is not quite right, we offer complimentary returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized collection point; once received and quality-checked at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
